The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms, despite being spacious and cozy, show signs of wear and tear with stains on the carpet, yet they were clean and offered nice facilities like an espresso coffee maker. The service was a mix of slow responses at breakfast but with friendly and competent staff overall. The location of the hotel is excellent, near upscale shopping areas and within walking distance to the historic center. The dining experience had some shortcomings with disorganization but also positives like a good variety of options. Overall, a value for money stay with its highs and lows.
